Family Law Attorney

Nick Lovelace-Andrews focuses his practice exclusively on family law. He is thoughtful and passionate about helping individuals in all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody, LGBTQ family law and prenuptial agreements. In fact, Nick literally helped co-author the book on marital agreements in the State of Washington (Chapter 54 Marital Agreements, Washington Family Law Deskbook (3rd ed. 2022), Stella Pitts). Prior to joining Envision Family Law, Nick worked as an associate attorney at S.L. Pitts PC for 3 1/2 years and prior to that was a volunteer attorney with the Housing Justice Project.

Nick graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2018 where he was a Rule 9 intern with the Consumer Advocacy Clinic at Seattle University. While at law school, Nick was the President of the Public Interest Law Foundation and President of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society.

Prior to law school, Nick was a community activist focused on the fight for marriage equality. Nick served as the Vice President of the Legal Marriage Alliance of Washington and volunteered with Equal Rights Washington and Washington Families Standing Together on both the Referendum 71 and 74 campaigns for marriage equality in Washington State.

In his free time, Nick is a gamer, enjoying video games, board games and pool. He even met his husband several years ago while playing a game of darts with friends at a bar.
