Child Custody Law In Olympia
As a parent, you deserve a say in where your child lives. When you’re ending a marriage or going through any life change that could affect where your child lives, you need someone who can help.
During these cases, our team will identify ways to prove to the judge and caseworker that you’re a responsible, caring parent. We’ll give you clear advice as you work through your child custody case and handle the legal work while you do the important parenting work.
Knowledgeable Fathers’ Rights Attorneys
Without legal representation, it’s difficult to completely understand the ins and outs of fathers’ rights in Washington. Our attorneys can assist with all facets of fathers’ rights during custody cases, including cases involving same-sex couples.
Whether you are going through a divorce or a separation or altering a preexisting custody agreement, our attorneys will help you understand your rights and how custody is determined.
Emergency Custody Lawyers
If you’re in an urgent situation and require an emergency custody order, restraining order, or an order of protection, you can turn to us for help. Our attorneys are regularly available seven days a week to prepare and file emergency actions.
In an emergency, failing to act quickly can harm your case. The person who files first often has the advantage in custody cases and other family law cases. We can file emergency orders quickly — sometimes in as little as two hours after an initial meeting. Call on our team to take the action you need.
