‘Amazing lawyer’
Jonathan is an amazing lawyer and I can’t recommend him enough. He gives you a calm feeling in the middle of the legal storm I was in.

‘Hire him!’
Jonathan Moffitt is an amazing attorney would I refer him yes times 1000 would I use him again yes times 1000. He made himself available to communicate with me in several ways he took my case on when he was already busy and he had a way of making me feel as if things were going to be OK I feel he truly cares about not only his clients but the families and children of his clients there’s been several times where he has gone out of his way such as one where he had asked how dropping off my child had went and for that I am very grateful he is smart he knew my case well. Jonathan went in knew my concerns addressed them and won that is why I rehired him after having used him in the past. I really don’t know that I have enough space to write here to say enough good things about Jonathan Moffitt. Hire him!

‘Excellent job’
I feel Kevin Rundle and his team did an excellent job handling my divorce dissolution. They communicated very well with me and took care of business in a timely manner. Kevin was referred to me, and I will gladly refer him to anyone I know could use his services, sincerely Mike Arrington.

‘Expert counsel’
Kevin helped our family navigate through one of the most horrific experiences of our life. He consistently provided us with honest feedback to level-set our expectations and explained the law to us in a way that made sense. Both Kevin and Andrea provided timely updates and ensured that our questions were always answered. Thanks to Kevin and his team’s due diligence we were able to finally achieve the outcome that we so desperately wanted. His rapport, kindness and high level of transparency was exactly what we needed in our time of crisis. We plan to keep Kevin on retainer for any future legal needs and we cannot recommend his services enough.

‘Best Lawyer!’
From the consultation to the end of our case, Heather was always there and always had our backs. She was great with communication, she answered any questions we had, and eased any concerns or doubt we may have had. The process was long and hard, but she made it so much easier. We never had to worry during court hearings because she knew our whole case front and to back and what we wanted to achieve. We could not have gotten this far without her.

‘INCREDIBLE Parenting Plan!’
I ended up with an INCREDIBLE Parenting Plan! I am confident I would not have ended up with these results had I not hired Jonathan Moffitt. Jonathan knows what he is doing. He is confident and prepared in court. I have watched other attorneys stumble around (over what they are trying to communicate), or just come off unprofessional in some other way. This was never the case with Jonathan. While nobody wants to go to trial, I felt very prepared and almost enjoyed the experience as I watched Jonathan question and examine my child’s father and debunk the claims my child’s father tried to make. I sought Jonathan’s assistance for my parenting plan and child support case as I was unhappy with another attorney. With just over two months until my trial date, Jonathan picked up my case and took action immediately. I filed for support, but the order was thrown out and my prior attorney never suggested pursuing support before trial. Jonathan filed for and obtained a temporary support order for my child. My child’s father has not been a part of my two-year old child’s life, he moved over 450 miles away shortly after our child was born, and has issues with drugs and alcohol. Needless to say, when my child’s father filed for a parenting plan, I was terrified. My child’s father even made comments that he wanted no contact with our child, yet he continued to take legal action for a parenting plan. The final parenting plan I ended up with is due in part to “bad actions” taken by the father and lots of praying, but I am also very confident I would not have ended up with these results had I not hired Jonathan. My child’s father took a much lower paying job after our child was born, and although I did not receive support based on his prior wages, the final support order/payment was increased slightly for an imputed amount above what my child’s father’s recent pay stubs showed. Jonathan respected and understood that I felt the need to be more involved in my case than might be typical of a client because of the experience I had with a prior attorney. Jonathan was always willing to answer my questions about legal processes, expectations, outcomes, and alternatives. The only “negative” about my experience does not relate to Jonathan at all, but I wish the firm had a way for me to pay my bills online. You may respond to the billing email, but when I did this after five or six days they still did not process my payment, so after that I ended up just calling each time to pay the bill–which is not terribly inconvenient, as the whole process only took a few minutes, but as a single parent working full time the option to click and pay bills 24/7 would be nice. I should also note that Jonathan’s billing statements were well documented. The previous firm I worked with would forget to charge things and then they would show up in a later bill, which was very annoying–this never happened with Jonathan or his staff.

‘Experience was different and refreshing!’
If your goal is the best possible outcome – look no further! Where do I start… I came to Calli Hisey from a place of desperation. My situation was was a bit complex to say the least. I had been delaying doing what I needed to do the most to protect my sacred time with my children and end what had been a tumultuous marriage. My now ex-wife and I had been procrastinating with getting the divorce process started and I had been having visitation with my 3 daughters on a “verbal agreement” which as I soon learned is a terrible idea. One day my Ex decided to stop allowing me to see them for no reason other than she wanted to take them and move down to California. It was from this place of loss, confusion, anger and frustration that I reached out to envision family law and was connected with Ms. Hisey. When I say I knew after our initial phone / zoom consultation that Calli was the right fit for my case I mean it! She assured me that we would not allow – #1 my kids to be taken out of state and #2 that she would work tirelessly to restore my visitation rights that had been stripped from me! And that’s exactly what she did. Within days there was a restraining order and I had visitation restored almost immediately. I knew this was going to be a long road and it was. My case went all the to trial. I had a guardian ad litem, complex financial situation, and an Ex that wanted to fight everything the whole way. I’ll keep it somewhat brief by saying that we won the fight on every front. I ended up with 50/50 custody of my daughters, gave up no financial assets, and have ensured that my daughters will remain in Washington State indefinitely.. after speaking with many of my friends and professional peers I am certain that winning on all of these fronts is all but unheard of! The Envision Family Law team has deep reach, Ms. Hisey and her team handled every aspect of my complex case with professionalism, care and precision. I have dealt with many law firms and attorneys for various reasons in my journey in life. I can tell you that this experience was different and refreshing! Ms. Hisey advised me every step of the way, gave me guidance when I needed it, kept me calm and level headed when my emotions were getting the best of me, and most importantly to me was almost always reachable and communicative – which in my experience can be hard to find! I’m not great at giving reviews – but I would be doing anyone that is in a situation like mine, or anyone needing family law services in general – a disservice by not testifying to the fact that you should look no further! Family law, child custody, divorce is in my humble opinion one of the messiest but also most important things in our life! And for that – YOU WANT THE BEST! You will find that here. with Calli Hisey and with Envision Family Law! Money well spent. Derek Johnson Father, business owner, veteran

‘Peace of mind’
This law firm made everything possible. Without their support my life would not look how it does today. I was in an ugly custody battle with my ex who is an alcoholic and narcissist. I had a previous lawyer in Bellevue that just drained my money and time because they couldn’t get anything right. My prior attorney told me I wouldn’t get what I thought was really needed for my daughter, they were horrible and I fired them! Envision told me the opposite, to trust the process and the professionals, which I did. I have full division making, my daughter the majority of the time and the peace of mind knowing safety measures are in place while she is with her dad. Thank you, Jason!

‘The Best Choice!!’
Janice and Christina are an amazing team! They are both so knowledgeable and understanding of what their clients are going through. They bring a fresh and fair Point of View to the table, and advise accordingly. As someone without much legal knowledge, I felt very well represented and prepared, while going through the hardest time of my life.

‘Great person and even better lawyer’
Jason Benjamin at Envision Family Law is a great person and even better lawyer. He’s helped me out of 3 very stressful situations, and as an emergency room RN I cope with stress well. Jason provided an open ear to listen with, gave excellent advice, and backed it up in court when necessary. He took all the stress off of my plate and allowed me to focus in moving forward with my life while he worked quietly and diligently in the background. My words can’t express my gratitude to him and much like my friend who recommended him to me I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends going through difficult times.

‘Amazing help on my case!’
Kevin and His paralegal were such an amazing help on my case! I had a pretty high conflict case with a matter regarding my son being withheld from me by his father. Kevin and his team were prompt and steadfast in their representation, gave great communication and made sure I was more than prepared when it was time to go to court. I could not have asked for better representation. My son is back with me and his father and I are now coparenting very well again! Thank you Kevin and team for all of your support! I would highly recommend!

Calli is an amazing lawyer. I am very grateful for the help I received in my parenting case, the results Calli was able to get for me were far beyond my expectations. ‘Very knowledgeable, effective, and supportive attorney’
Renee is a very talented litigator. We worked with Renee for almost two years, and she continues to support our family years later, as questions arise. While working on our case, she was very knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonable. She always remained calm, but stood her ground in court – and ultimately helped our family prevail with a life changing outcome. Even at the toughest times, she remained measured and professional. She is very dedicated to helping her clients and achieving the best possible outcomes, and also remains grounded and realistic in regards to case resolution.

As heartbroken as I was that my marriage was ending, the first person I knew I had to contact was Renee Lee. She helped me out in a prior case. She is professional, honest and knowledgeable. Even though my circumstance was out of the state, she did give me some very practical advice. I would recommend her and her staff.

‘Highly recommend’
I needed legal representation in August 2021, after filing my self. I realized after I filed that the situation would and could not be handled amicably. I did my due diligence by searching online, specifically looking for a women lawyer. I was involved in a very contested divorce after what Washington State categorizes a short term marriage 3-5 years. My legal team consisted of two professionals who are employed by Envision Family Law., Attorney Janice Langbehn and her Paralegal Christina Adams. Both of these ladies always made themselves available ASAP after I contacted them either by phone, text or email. During the course of the divorce my former spouse continued to draw things out, attempt to defraud me and other matters. Ms. Langbehn was constantly on top of it all once I made her aware of a issue that pertained to the case. I spent more than I wanted which was indeed very disappointing, but not due to my legal team only the opposing one. If your looking for results, someone that has your back from start to finish, I would highly recommend this team. To all my veteran military I suggest that you hire them. Thank you again Janice and Christina for a job well done!

‘Fairness and the best interest’
I’m not sure where to start; I came to Envision Family Law from a place of desperation and hopelessness. A father looking to ensure the health and safety of my son, as well as hoping to establish and exercise my rights in what some call “a woman’s state.” In defense of the state, at first glance, I had one of the worst qualifying scenarios for family court from a biased standpoint. African American, unmarried, interracial relationship with mother, criminal record from 10 years ago…statistically, I checked many boxes outside of chemical dependency and unemployed that in the past, could’ve significantly affected my ability to be considered for more than anything other than a paycheck. Throughout the almost two-year process (due to covid impacting the courts), I was supported, educated, and guided through one of the most challenging times in my life! Every step of the way, Attorney Calli Hisey & Attorney Michelle Cummings were there to aggressively counter any obstacles that presented themselves, whether from the opposing side or court procedures. Placing trust in others has always been a struggle for me, but in this situation, I completely let go, handed the reigns over to my counsel, and I couldn’t be happier at the outcome. My son and I have been awarded every addendum legally possible with fairness and the best interest of FAMILY placed above all else. Attorneys are not magicians, BUT if you have your life in order and are willing to take the steps required to present the best version of yourself, I will highly recommend Envision Family Law as your best life investment. Thank You, Ladies!

‘Honest, Smart, Intelligent and Trustworthy – Excellent Attorney!’
I was truly blessed and fortunate to have Jonathan as my attorney in very complicated divorce case. Jonathan has took my case when I was loosing the hope that anyone can help me to defend me and my son were the opposing party is only concerned about money and sabotaged his relationship with his son in divorce process. Jonathan is very confident, extremely knowledgeable and entirely well spoken. He will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go and always on top of the game, well prepare and never missed a deadline. His knowledge of the law and how it can work for you is exceptional and his ability to think outside the lines and come with creative ways to solve a problem is beyond reproach. With Jonathan’s expertise, we were able to bring my case to a successful conclusion. I have received respectful, professional and compassionate help from Jonathan during a very difficult time in my life. I would highly recommend Jonathan as an attorney, he is one of the Best Attorney in WA State.

‘Fantastic Attorney’
Susan was a source of guidance and strength while I went though a lengthy and emotional custody ordeal. She kept me very informed as well as provided realistic expectations for me throughout the whole process. Custody issues with a difficult co-parent at times felt endless and hopeless. Susan fought and made sure to cover every single detail at the same time keep me assured and calm throughout the entire time. Highly recommend Susan and her paralegal Donna.

‘Looking for an excellent attorney? Look no further.’
I had been tricked by my ex and he made many false allegations against me, but this team took care of it all for me. Janice Langbehn and her amazing assistant Christina were really put in a pickle timewise for trial but their team really rallied and worked hard weekends and nights to put it all together in a timely and professional manner. Most importantly ms. janice and her team won our case and I am so relieved and proud of the mazing job that was done. Are you facing a person lying about you or making false allegations? They can help you bring out the truth, and the truth prevails. I consider ms. janice and christina at Envision law offices my attorney for life.

‘Angel Counsel’
I hired Renee during a very challenging time of my life. I struggled with trusting anyone. For a while, I did not know where to turn or how I was going to regain my personal power again and protect my family. I call her my “Angel Counsel” because she really is that special. There is nothing she cannot handle and any state of crisis I was faced with, was quickly soothed away by her calm demeaner, strong knowledge of law, and outstanding skill with reaching fair and just solutions. Renee’s adherence to professional ethics are of the highest caliber and she represented me with firmness, poise, and grace. She inspired my full trust and confidence every step of the way and because of that I was able to step into life without fear again. Renee showed me that “Good” can win in the end.

‘Jonathan and his team are the best’
Hi, Please don’t look any further, Jonathan and his team are the best when your family and life are at stake. I put my life in their hands and I can’t say thank you enough for all their hard work in making sure to protect our family now and in the future along with getting what I wanted for our case. I’ve worked with several other firms and this team stands above the rest. Jonathan’s experience working with other firms and in the courts along with the understanding of the process set him above the rest of those out there.

‘Divorce sucks’
This has been the most stressful, annoying, devastating, and heartbreaking experience of my life. Renee has been there every step of the way advising, guiding, supporting and making sure I felt like a priority and had answers. My ex-husband fought this process and did every shady, petty, and unethical thing he could think of, and Renee made sure that I was protected and got a fair deal. She also listened to a good deal of meltdowns and never once made me feel crazy or that I was wasting her time. No one wins in a divorce, and I will never be ok with the outcome due to the unethical actions of my ex, but Renee made sure I came out whole.

‘A family law attorney that treats you like family’
When you think of a lawyer, you don’t typically think of someone who helps you stay centered and confident in the middle of the storm. However, this is precisely what I encountered from Renee Lee. I think the thing that makes Renee different, in my humble opinion, is the key factor of her actually caring for her clients. She genuinely desires the best outcome for her client and goes above and beyond in all of her efforts. I could have chosen any team for my case, however I strongly feel that if I had worked with anyone except Renee, my case wouldn’t have turned out as well as it did. Renee helped me to stay focused and to maintain an optimistic outlook, educating and guiding me along the way. This in turn gave me strength to push forward in this difficult time in my life, and led to a favorable conclusion to my case. I highly recommend that you also choose Renee Lee for your Family Law needs, you wont regret the decision.

‘Extremely helpful’
Christina Adams and Janice Langbehn were extremely helpful in my case! When I called them both they immediately answered the phone and were able to help me get through extremely stressful situations. When it came down to the actual filling portion of business they did not waste anytime and pushed the paper work to me and up to the courthouse in a matter of a few days. I couldn’t have asked for a better team at Envision Law. Thank you for all your amazing help. Divorce is never an easy time for anyone but, you guys knocked it out the park.

‘I am so grateful. Thank you!!’
Kevin Rundle helped me through my parenting plan/DV case. This case gave me massive anxiety all the time to where I was constantly asking questions. Kevin was always able to reassure me that whatever steps we had taken was what needed to happen and would produce results in the best outcome. Spot on and eased my anxiety every time! Through many MANY trials and tribulations, we finally came to a close a few weeks ago after a long almost 2.5 years. I won’t go into details as it is private but this was a tough case and road blocks were hit multiple times. I really appreciate the hard work and dedication Kevin and his paralegal team gave. I am so grateful. Thank you!! If you ever are in need of an attorney that is trustworthy, realistic, dedicated, and cares about their clients, Kevin is your guy!

‘Professionalism and skills’
I paid for 6 different consultations and spoke to over 10 attorneys all through the PNW. This does not include the endless amounts of reviews and research I did on attorneys in which I chose to not call. Even some of the most high rated attorneys lacked the knowledge, skills and confidence that we needed for our family court hearing. I came across Janice Langbehn on AVVO and started doing my research. I seen that she is an advocate, a blogger and had a strong legal background. It was very important that we found an attorney that could articulate their words on paper and in court. Knowing that she was a fierce advocate for her own beliefs gave us confidence that she was a fighter. All of these things prompted us to call her. During our consultation I explained our situation. There was a lot of previous litigation and we’re at risk of losing custody based on lies. We are the primary custodial parents. I asked Janice what she had to offer us. Her answers were straight forward and honest. She didn’t try and glorify or give us false hope… but she did promise she would fight hard. We knew she was the right attorney for us. I was so impressed through the entire process. We did extensive pro se work in the past, so we knew all the court rules. Janice was on point every step of the way. She went through all of our declarations and collateral material with a fine tooth comb. During the court hearing she was strategic and confident. She knew her case law, court rules and had no fear. She was up against a well known attorneys office. She quickly and respectfully objected to the information being provided by the other attorney. She stated precise case law and defeated their claims. She won our hearing. It was obvious that even the judge was impressed with her professionalism and skills. I wanted to post a review for Janice because I know how hard it is to find an attorney that is truth worthy and a fighter. Reviews are important when making a big decision. I called so many attorneys before we finally met Janice. She is worth every penny!

‘Hire her with confidence!’
I live in mason county and I retained Janice as we no longer have decent family law attorneys local anymore. I consulted with at least 5 attorneys from surrounding counties and after speaking with Janice, I felt comfortable and confident in her knowledge and understanding of family law. I’ve represent myself a handful of times pro se in the past and from the moment I spoke with her, we made a connection. The opposing counsel brought on a parenting plan modification that was filled with lies, false allegations and erroneous justifications to warrant a major change. I brought all my declarations, attachments and relevant information to Janice and she got to work ASAP. Janice carefully and methodically organized all of my declarations and supporting documentation, served and filed all paperwork according to court rules and was on point! Anytime I had a question, Janice was there by either email or phone regardless of the time of day. On the day of the hearing, Janice was ruthless and sharp as a tack. She was quick to object to the opposing counsels points, shut her down a few times, shot back with facts from her memo of law and ran that hearing as if she was the judge. In the end, Janice left the opposing attorney stumbling on her own words and the adequate cause hearing was denied based on facts and information presented. I could not have been more happy to retain Janice and if necessary, I will retain her again without hesitation. Her compassion, care towards children and clients is unparalleled. Hire her with confidence! Thank you again Janice.

It’s never a good day when you need an attorney. I’m so glad I found Kevin Rundle and his team during a difficult time for myself and my children. ‘Very quick to respond’
When my separation/child custody journey began, I was uncertain and scared to say the least but Calli Hisey made all of my worries go away. She was so great in the process. The thing I love most about Calli, is that she is very quick to respond. There were times where I felt anxious about something or had a question I needed answered right away and usually within the hour, I had a response from her. Miss Hisey also is very knowledgeable. She knows the answers to everything and I never had a doubt that she would do good by me. I would highly recommend her to others and would retain her again in the future.
