Svapna Trivedi is a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) — a designation awarded by the State Bar of California to attorneys who demonstrate a high level of expertise, substantial trial experience, and advanced knowledge in family law. She has extensive experience litigating sophisticated custody disputes, high-conflict divorces, and complex property division cases involving business owners, professional practices, executive compensation, and intricate financial portfolios.

A Southern California native raised in Chatsworth, Ms. Trivedi earned her Bachelor of Science from Occidental College and her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, she served as an Editor for the Journal of Juvenile Law and received multiple academic distinctions, including CALI Awards in Healthcare Law/Policy and Administrative Law, a Certificate of Scholarship from the Federal Bar Association (Inland Empire Center), and a Key Award recognizing exceptional academic achievement.

Her early work with the Alliance for Children’s Rights — advocating for children’s healthcare access — reflects a longstanding commitment to protecting families and children, a foundation that continues to shape her custody advocacy today.
