Biography
Nick Lovelace-Andrews is a dedicated family law practitioner with a profound commitment to assisting individuals across various aspects of family law. His expertise encompasses divorce, child custody, LGBTQ family law, and prenuptial agreements. Nick has been actively involved in shaping the legal landscape, co-authoring the chapter on Marital Agreements in the State of Washington for the Washington Family Law Deskbook (3rd ed. 2022), alongside Stella Pitts.
Before joining Envision Family Law, Nick served as an associate attorney at S.L. Pitts PC for 3 1/2 years and previously contributed as a volunteer attorney with the Housing Justice Project. He earned his law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2018, where he distinguished himself as a Rule 9 intern at the Consumer Advocacy Clinic.
During his time in law school, Nick assumed leadership roles as the President of the Public Interest Law Foundation and the President of Alpha Sigma Nu, the Jesuit Honor Society. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Nick actively championed the cause of marriage equality as a community activist. He held the position of Vice President at the Legal Marriage Alliance of Washington and volunteered with Equal Rights Washington and Washington Families Standing Together during the Referendum 71 and 74 campaigns for marriage equality in Washington State.
