Biography

Emily Howlett is an attorney at Envision Family Law whose practice focuses on a wide range of family law and domestic relations matters. With more than a decade of experience, Emily has represented clients throughout Washington State courts, numerous Tribal courts across the Pacific Northwest, and communities that have historically faced barriers to accessing the legal system.

Emily brings extensive experience to complex family law matters involving jurisdictional disputes, domestic violence, elder abuse, dependency-related issues, and intricate family structures. Her background also includes representing clients in domestic violence and sexual abuse cases, guardianships, At-Risk Youth petitions, special education matters, and school disciplinary proceedings. This diverse legal experience allows her to approach family law cases with a broad perspective and a deep understanding of the challenges families often face.

At the heart of Emily’s practice is a commitment to helping clients find practical, thoughtful solutions that support long-term stability and well-being. Whenever possible, she works collaboratively to resolve disputes and preserve relationships.
