Heber Moran

Heber Moran is an attorney who has helped families navigate dissolutions, custodial disputes, child and spousal support issues and domestic violence restraining orders for over a decade. Prior to joining Envision Family Law, Heber began his legal journey by operating his own law practice with his sister, where they focused exclusively on family law.

Heber has a deep passion for family law because he finds fulfillment in helping families during a difficult and emotional process by advocating for them fiercely, passionately and with compassion.

Heber grew up in California graduating as Valedictorian of his high school class. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Stanford University and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He is a member of the Riverside County Bar Association, San Bernardino County Bar Association and the LGBTQ+ Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. Heber is also fluent in Spanish and will happily accept Spanish-speaking clients.

In his free time, Heber loves finding new coffee shops, trying new restaurants, traveling, thrifting and spending time with his friends, family and his rambunctious chiweenie, Dexter.
